PaperWorkers Local invites you to Rocket City Stars, a show of works by Sean Berry, Jess Braden, and Samantha Snyder, three young up-and-coming printmakers from Huntsville, AL.

Sean Berry is a graduate of the BFA programs in Photography and Printmaking at The University of Alabama at Huntsville. He is currently screen printing at Green Pea Press in Huntsville, Alabama.

Jess Braden is a printmaker and ceramicist, who lives and works in the Tennessee Valley. She is currently a BFA candidate in Printmaking at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, graduating this spring. Her current body of work explores women’s physical and emotional labor at the intersection of consumption and resistance.

Samantha Snyder is a working artist and university instructor based outside Huntsville, Alabama, whose practice blends traditional print-making techniques with the deconstruction and assemblage of collage. Her work explores the eerie and uncanny, offering a visual language for navigating uncertainty and otherworldly places.

This  exhibition can be seen during our regular gallery hours at PaperWorkers Local, 2717 Seventh Avenue South, Suite 203, Birmingham, Alabama 35233 on Saturdays from noon to 4pm. The show opened March 5, 2026 and closes on April 4, 2026.
